Christopher Cox, CRNA, MSNA, is a highly experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who brings over a decade of anesthesia expertise across diverse surgical settings, including trauma, pediatric, endoscopy, vascular, and plastic surgery cases. Known for his clinical precision, calm under pressure, and strong commitment to patient safety, Christopher provides solo anesthesia services across Georgia and Alabama as an independent 1099 CRNA.
Christopher earned his Master of Science in Nursing in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of Alabama at Birmingham was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau and Golden Key for academic excellence. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Chemistry from the University of West Georgia, graduating summa cum laude in both fields.
Christopher began his career in critical care and surgical nursing and has extensive experience in trauma-level hospitals. During his time at Midtown Medical Center, he managed high-acuity cases and served as a mentor to CRNA and AA students. He is adept at placing arterial and central lines, managing airways—including emergent situations—and administering regional and general anesthesia independently.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field, he was nominated for the Northstar Anesthesia Rising Star Award in 2016 and was named a Distinguished Alumni by the University of West Georgia School of Nursing in 2019.
