Jessica Marshman, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Alabama Anesthesiology & Pain Consultants with experience in pain management, occupational health, and surgical care. She is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds a DOT certification from the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
Jessica earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she completed clinical rotations across a broad range of specialties, including general surgery, emergency medicine, psychiatry, and OB/GYN. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from UAB, graduating cum laude with honors in Social and Behavioral Sciences.
Jessica began her clinical career supporting orthopedic surgical teams as an operating room assistant and gained additional patient care experience as a certified nursing assistant in a rehabilitation setting. Following her PA training, she provided care in both occupational health and pain management practices. Her responsibilities included conducting physicals, treating workplace injuries and trauma, managing chronic pain regimens, and coordinating advanced imaging and interventional procedures.
With a strong foundation in acute care and a commitment to helping patients regain and maintain their health, Jessica brings both compassion and clinical skill to every patient interaction.
