Michele Molino Criner is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) with a strong clinical foundation and over a decade of hands-on experience in perioperative nursing, urgent care, and primary care settings. Currently serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Alabama Anesthesiology & Pain Consultants, Michele brings a deep understanding of pain management, surgical care, and patient-centered treatment planning to her role.
Michele began her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse, steadily advancing through increasingly responsible roles in clinics, long-term care, and hospital settings. She has served as a perioperative registered nurse at The University of Alabama at Birmingham and as an Operating Room Nurse at Advent Health, where she honed her surgical expertise and commitment to patient safety and education. She has also led nursing teams as a supervisor, ensuring clinical excellence and continuity of care from admission to discharge.
Known for her compassionate approach and thorough patient education, Michele works closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive pain management plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her background includes emergency response, triage, and postoperative care, making her well-equipped to assess complex cases and help patients improve their quality of life.
Michele is fluent in English and Tagalog and is committed to delivering culturally competent care to a diverse patient population. She is accepting new patients.
